Why did I create the Healing Once and for All: Postpartum & Beyond course? Because so many of my clients, whether new moms or moms of teens struggle with incontinence, painful sex, pelvic organ prolapse or pain and they say to me...

Pelvic floor physical therapy is about educating women about their bodies, what is normal or not and also to understand what their bodies are capable of. A lot of amazing things!

So it dawned on me that creating a course that was equal parts education and practical techniques could help women heal properly after childbirth, no matter how much time has passed.
