Why did I create the Jumpstart Your Postpartum Healing course? Because so many of my clients are new moms who are struggling with incontinence, painful sex, pelvic organ prolapse or pain and they say to me...

Pelvic floor physical therapy is about educating women about their bodies, what is normal or not and also to understand what their bodies are capable of. A lot of amazing things!
So it dawned on me that creating a course that was equal parts education and practical techniques could help women heal properly after childbirth!
Your plate will be full with taking care of your newborn, so I made this course short and sweet and in bite-size sections so that you can take care of yourself too!
