Why did I create these courses? Because when I see moms postpartum, struggling with incontinence, painful sex, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain or low back pain, these are the exercises I prescribe for them.

The exercises and techniques are simple, but can be challenging for many women.

No matter where you are in your postpartum journey, 2 days or 20 years, I recommend starting with the first class so you can learn the basics.

When you feel like you have mastered the exercises in the first course, progress to the 2nd course.

And the goal is to take the concepts learned in these 2 courses and apply them to all the activities you enjoy doing!
